What is the maximum number of guests allowed?
The maximum allowed guests are 8.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If we need to cancel due to weather, you can reschedule for a different date and time.
Is there a bathroom onboard?
We offer a portable toilet on board for your convenience, ensuring that all guests have easy access to restroom facilities whenever needed.
Are Children allowed on board?
Yes, children are allowed on board. Any child under 12 must wear a life vest, which we will provide.
Do we pay in full at the time of booking, or do you require a deposit?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. No payment is due on our website. We will invoice you separately for your payment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made by the Client more than [3] days before the scheduled tour are eligible for a refund, less the deposit. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations within [2] days of the tour. Ez Excursion LLC reserves the right to cancel due to inclement weather, mechanical issues, or other safety concerns. In this case, you can reschedule for another date and time at no additional cost. No refunds will be issued unless in extenuating circumstances, and must be reviewed by Ez Excursions management.
